PRACTICE AREAS: Legal Department. She advises clients on legal matters, and attends mediation meetings. She focuses on the granting of trademarks, follow-up of domain names, and communications of legal matters to domestic and international clients. She gives legal and regulatory advice related to the pharmaceutical and clinical trial areas.

BACKGROUND: Yamila was incorporated in our firm in 2003. She has actively participated in severalseminars, congresses, programs, and activities related to Industrial Property and International Law. She has contributed and co-authored legal books and publications for a well-known publishing house in legal matters. Regular attendee of INTA, ECTA and MARQUES, among others.
